Once you've placed your order, we'll promptly send you a confirmation email containing your order number – keep this handy for tracking your shipment's progress. As soon as your items are carefully packed and on their way, you'll receive a second email with detailed shipping information. To ensure you don't miss any updates, please also check your spam or junk mail folder. If you haven't received a confirmation email within one business day and have checked your spam folder, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you.
Delivery within the Netherlands
For orders placed before 5 PM within the Netherlands, we aim for next-business-day delivery. Please note that deliveries to the Wadden Islands may take slightly longer due to ferry transportation. Our reliable delivery partners ensure your order arrives safely and swiftly.
Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. That's why all our products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging, ensuring your order remains discreet and anonymous. The only information visible on the outside will be your delivery address.
Receiving Your Delivery
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address on the expected delivery day. If you happen to miss the initial delivery attempt, the carrier will typically try to deliver your package again (the number of attempts may vary depending on the carrier). In some cases, the delivery driver may leave your package with a neighbor. If subsequent delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be taken to a nearby collection point. In all these scenarios, the carrier will leave a notification in your mailbox with details on how to retrieve your package. We guarantee delivery to the designated collection point; after that, it is your responsibility to pick up your order. Deliveries generally occur between Tuesday and Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As we rely on external carriers, we cannot provide an exact delivery time.
